Have you setup 2 devices in StudioOne for both Juno as a 'midi keyboard', and the Juno as a 'sound module'? This one is bit confusing, but try to think of it as two devices one as a midi source, and the other as a midi sound device. The Juno was one of the first keyboards to have a full MIDI implementation when released in 1984. Is there a setting on the Juno to split the unit into a 'keyboard' and 'tone module'? On my gear, this is called 'local' keyboard operation. Manually inserting notes and program changes into the 'roll' will also playback as expected. As I stated in my post using the piano roll editor I can click on the keyboard at the left of the editor and the corresponding note is played by the Juno. Every post you make will then display this list of gear.Īs a test for your problem, if you manually insert notes into a new midi event, do they play on your Juno? To save time in the future, and to help us help you, put your equipment list in your 'signature'.Īt the top of the forum page, go to 'User control panel', then 'profile', then 'edit signature'.
